At Rounder Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records, CDs, or merchandise are in their original, unopened condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
